Wow! I highly recommend Robin Gerlach and his team. Robin is such a professional and such a caring realtor. He genuinely has the client's best interest at heart. From looking at various properties, to answering questions at any time of the day, he made the buying experience such a breeze. I was new to buying in the Denver area, as I was living in Boston at the time. Robin was careful to look not just at my budget, but listened to my vision for a longer term home. Through his research and ability to connect well with people, we found the perfect townhouse in Lakewood. It was meant to be, in great part for Robin making out a deal that beat out 9 other contenders for the house. Robin is thorough and professional. His attention to detail is impeccable. He kept my family and I apprised for available appointments and opportunities, and always let us know as soon as new properties that matched our criteria came on the market. He is honest and forthright. He does not care about making a quick sale, but really cares about what the client has in mind and his/her/their long term happiness. Choosing to work with Robin was the best decision we could of made. When we first started this journey we originally were referred to a different real estate agent. However, after one or two visits we didn’t feel like we were a priority or as important. We would have to commute 40-45 minutes to meet with this realtor and we were mainly in contact with his assistant. once we came across Robin it just felt right and right away gained our trust and we really felt how genuine he is. Robin always came to us and we were always directly in contact with him. Robin is always so good in following up with his clients and is always on time for anything, meetings, phone calls, etc. Robin always had our best interest in mind and always gave us the truth and his honest opinion to help us make an educated decision. If it wasn’t for Robin being so flexible and willing to always be a phone call away we would of never went under contract on our beautiful home. We unexpectedly found our home on a Sunday evening when most people are at home getting ready for the week or spending time with family. We had reached out to Robin and told him we would lock in the home and come back with him the following day so he could review the contract but being the great agent he is he dropped whatever he was doing at the time and said “I’ll be there in 30 minutes”. We really appreciated his effort and we went under contract that same night. When choosing to work with Robin we guarantee he won’t disappoint you!
