Rick immediately answered the our questions about the inspection and work completed, contacting the other realtor for clarification, when needed. He researched and made suggestions for companies that could help the buyer, which was extremely helpful, especially with time constraints. In general, he communicated quickly and explained processes for the purchase. His years of experience paid off in negotiations, home comparisons and advice in general. Rick is knowledgeable, willing to get answers in a timely manner and serves as an advocate for his client(s). I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
