Rhonda was always patient, kind, and helpful through our search for the perfect oceanfront property. She sent us countless listings with the criteria we were looking for and was willing to video the interior of the properties for our review as we live in Pennsylvania. She went above and beyond any agent we have ever used with helping us coordinate getting window blinds installed and helping with other appointments related to scheduling utility services, etc. She made the entire purchase and settlement process streamlined and stress-free! We have purchased two different homes through her, and each time, she was nothing but professional, helpful, kind, and courteous. She also was our agent in the Sale of two oceanfront condos and assisted with all kinds of extra helpful things to aid in the sale of those properties. Including, but not limited to, purchasing furniture for the units, updating window, blinds and other fixtures, etc. We would highly recommend her to help with the sale or purchase of any type of property.

Rhonda did a great job in our move from Chattanooga to Longs. This was our first move in 45 years and there were many unknowns to us and we relied on Rhonda for advice, answers and suggestions, all of which were accurate and timely. The move had critical timing with us selling our Tennessee home in time to get to Longs, buying our condo and the actual move of our belongings. Rhonda was always available when needed and answered all our questions and needs in a timely manner.
