Honestly? I picked Raymond Lee by just looking on line. His office was close to the house that I needed to sell. I was not from the area and needed to sell my father's home after he passed away. Wow! Was I lucky. Ray is the absolute best Realtor I've ever had. He was sharp, knew the market, knew exactly what needed to be done to the house to have it show well and handled everything for me while I was living several states away. He stayed in constant contact with me, alerting me to anything that was happening with the listing. (BTW, we had an offer in just over 24 hours when the listing went live! And, I got about $20k more than I expected for the home.) I can't imagine anyone using any other Real Estate professional.

Raymond Lee was the listing real estate agent for the sale of my home which occurred in December 2018. Raymond Lee is an impressive real estate broker who understands the market and is a very capable in negotiations with other brokers. His knowledge of real estate laws and practical market knowledge are impressive. He also is helpful in assisting the buyer with connections to skilled laborers needed to complete code requirements or inspection requests. I would recommend Raymond to anyone interested in having a valuable asset in a purchasing/selling a home.
Was always available to show homes. When requested was brutally honest with condition of houses. Does not offer unsolicited advise. His biggest plus point. Does not impose - the second biggest point. Very patient. Kept with us even after repeated homes were rejected. Does not discriminate between a $1M vs a $100k house due to commissions. When requested provided contacts for other services directly and stated no need to take his reference which means does not take kickbacks like many other realtors these days. He is always professionally attired, nice to speak with. For those who want a no-nonsense no-drama type of a realtor he is really good. Those who need spoon feeding - look elsewhere for a shoulder to cry on.
Ray is a professional that knows the real estate market and he is very skilled in getting my house sold located at 12 Velikan Place in Edison, NJ. He provided good pricing recommendation, assessment of the local market and gave fine details to support his suggested pricing. His negotiation skills was outstanding as he did not let buyers take advantage of my situation of being out of state and in position where I needed to sell my home fast. Ray was always very responsive, providing me updates of any changes or always alert and prompt in calling me back. Ray has good network of contacts to work with and that was very important for my situation where I needed plumber to bring my bathroom up to code, architecture to have drawing for zoning preparation, handyman to update my house, and associate to be present for inspection. Ray was also able to deal with Edison Twp who was not easy to deal with in obtaining the necessary work papers to have my house sold.

Ray helped us finalize our home after going through almost one year of house hunting. He was very patient through out the process and always very insightful about properties we saw. He provided unbiased opinion based on his expertise and never pushed us to go for properties which we did not like. We started with North Edison, then focused on Monroe and finally settled down with Bridgewater, and Ray helped us look properties in all these areas. He was flexible in scheduling our appointments. He was also very helpful in advising us throughout the closing process and was better than our Attorney. He also helped us design our new Kitchen and advising us about the renovation we wanted to do in the new home. We had a foundation issue with the house that Ray helped us find an architect for and once we got the issue resolved our house sold quickly afterwards. Ray was very knowledgeable about every aspect of selling our home and knew all the right people to call when we had any issues with our home. He responds to our questions , issues and guided us regarding the process in selling the house , helped us to get the people to do some works in the house at a reasonable fee and negotiate with the buyer well enough to resolve some issues.
