He is very analytical and all his prices are backed by real numbers which are based on the market and nearby comps. This is very important for the appraisal process, getting your home sold and sold quickly for the best price. Our home had every thing you could think of to stop a sale. We had an oil tank that we were unaware of and that took a year to get it remediated and Raymond helped us with the whole process. Once we finally had another buyer they backed out on the day of closing. He quickly got the house back on the market and got it sold. We finally closed in December. One last thing to note is that Raymond is very punctual and responsive which is very important to us as this will help move things along as quick as possible.
