He worked with us every step of the process to sell our apartment unit in Green Hollow Village, Iselin NJ. When we started out, he came to the property to access it thoroughly. He then recommended, what needs to to be fixed. I live about more than 1 hour from the property, so I could not be there for every thing but Ray took care of everything. After we listed, we got 4-5 firm offers within a couple of weeks, Ray helped us with making a decision weighing in all the pros and cons. We were under contract in less than 4 weeks after listing.
