Luckily a friend recommended Raymond and he truly exceeded our expectations. He led us through the highs (pre-Covid) and the lows (Covid lockdown) of the ever changing market. He had referrals for reliable painters, handymen, movers,etc. to prep the house. We left some projects unfinished when we had to leave the area and Raymond handled the rest. Raymond priced the house right. He held a hugely successful open house resulting in multiple offers exceeding our asking price. The buyer moved quickly and then Covid lockdown hit and the buyer backed out a week before closing. Raymond made sure we were compensated for our lost time off the market. We had to start over again during the depths of the pandemic. There were at last 3-4 showings per week and Raymond was always available. He would touch base with us often. We considered dropping the price, but Raymond advised us to hold out and he was right. He was again able to solicit two more competing bids which resulted in netting us a selling price that was more than we expected. Raymond was also proactive during the closing process, working with buyer’s agent and advocated for us on inspection issues. We did not return to NJ until after the closing. WE WERE EXTREMELY HAPPY. Mr. Lee is the best of the best of realtors. He is professional, responsive, attentive, and patient. Despite some unforeseen bumps along the road on our end, Mr. Lee never gave up on my family and I. He always tried to find homes that would suit our family’s wants and needs. When making offers Mr. Lee is cautious and strategic. We are first time home buyers, and from Brooklyn, so we really knew nothing about real estate or the area. Raymond was excellent from start to finish. First of all, he is super responsive, I tried to contact other agents before him and had a very bad experience reaching any of them. Raymond always got back to us right away, explained everything clearly and advocated for us when we had difficulties. He even did the inspection without us when we couldn’t make it. But during the buying process the recommended the home inspector and title company and they are all great.
