We used Que to rent a town house, then buy our single family home a year later and then to sell that home four years later when we relocated out of state. She was great from beginning to end. This is our second transaction with Que. Our first one was as a buyer. This review is from a listing perspective. We were selling our rental property in San Jose. We interviewed several agents and narrowed it down to two. I liked one agent and my husband liked the other. Neither of us would budge, so I thought, I'll call Que an ask her if she would represent us. We know her and trust her since she helped us to buy our house. We were on a timeline to get our rental sold and Que delivered. We listed on the MLS on Thursday, had an Open House on Saturday, had an offer on Sunday that was accepted, closed on Friday. Que is a remarkable agent and this is our second time working with her. We started out looking at condos for several months and placed a few offers before we decided to switch focus to single family homes. Again, Que was there fighting for us each day until the house was closed successfully. We are now in the process of remodeling and Que offered us a lot of great advice on how to make it work within our tight budget. <br/><br/>Through the entire six-month process, Que was always there for us. We have very long working hours and Que was willing to spend late nights talking to us to accommodate our schedule. The bay area housing market is very competitive now with a lot of investors with all-cash offers. In a tough market like this, you need an experienced, honest, and talented agent like Que to get you that home of your dreams.
