Although the search for a house in this market was not the most ideal – with low inventory, high prices, and a lot of competition, she was frequently on the lookout for a home that would be the right fit for us. Que has all the qualities you would want in a realtor --- and more. She is very knowledgeable and had many years of experience under her belt. She has also been very flexible with her time and responsive throughout this process. She responds very quickly to email (within a few hours, no later than 1 business day) and responds quickly to text as well. There were many times that I contacted her during my lunch hour and saw a new house come up and wanted to view it – she made time in her schedule later that day to show it to my wife and I. She had also carved out time to speak to us until the late hours 8, 9, 10PM– very dedicated, especially if there was anything urgent. She is very resourceful and has a number of connections for financing options if you need help (definitely helps for negotiating rates). Up until the end she had been looking out for us and helped us secure a good interest rate with our lender. In the end, we opted for pursuing a home in Daly City at the new Lennar homes. The timing worked out perfectly as we got married and two months later we got the keys to our brand new house (earlier this month)! It has certainly been a pleasure working with Que and we sincerely thank her for helping us start off our newlywed lives. We would strongly recommend her – especially for any first time buyers who need a realtor who will be patient and make time for you in walking through in this competitive market.

Que was great to work with. Very knowledgeable with solid experience with local neighborhoods. Que is amazing at getting things done! My husband and I were first-time buyers and didn't have much time to search due to our lease ending & business travel in the month of July. Que is so knowledgable about what's out there and was able to navigate us through in the short time period we presented her. As first time home buyers we really did not know what to expect from our real estate agent. Que was the first and the last person we met with when buying our house. We had no reason to consider looking for other agents because Que was so helpful throughout the process. She helped take a lot of the stress out of buying a home and always provided honest feedback to our questions. She helped us narrow in on exactly the home we wanted to buy and never pressured us to rush into getting a house we were not sure about. She is an expert on the Peninsula and her knowledge of all the neighborhoods was huge when there were so many options out there. The most incredible thing about working with Que is that she always makes time for you no matter what your schedule is like. She would meet with us after work on weekdays and would always respond immediately to emails sent at any time of the day. The only time she was not available was when she was traveling and she still would respond to emails from her phone. Having an agent who is always available was a great feeling. When making an offer, she had a good idea as to what the home should sell for. On our first offer, she told us we would not get the house at that low of a price and sure enough we were outbid. She would email us saying a certain house would not last more than a week on the market and sure enough it was gone within a week. Her knowledge provided us with a nice comfort zone when we finally bought our home. Overall, we highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home in the Peninsula. She is great for first time home buyers because like many of the other reviews say, she has so many contacts for all the hundreds of potential needs that go into buying a place. She truly cares about her clients and will work with you no matter how long it takes to find the perfect home.

Que exceeded our expectation above and beyond. We had been thinking of a home purchase for a long time. When we saw a listing that came back on the market, we asked Que to 'check it out'. Shortly after that, we got an immediate call-back with detailed information about the home, seller disclosures, sales comparables, and advice on how to go about taking advantage of a short window of opportunity. We are in a market with many multiple offers, and we thought that this home would have been out of reach. Que took the time to talk with the listing agent to collect data about the seller motivation, read the reports and disclosures, and discussed a sound buyer strategy. Her offer strategy and price were spot on. She indeed saved us money. She immediately got us in touch with a reputable and seasoned lender who gave us a loan approval.
