This was my first time purchasing a home and Que was exceptional at every point in the process. This definitely took longer and involved far more stress than I was expecting, but this was mostly because I started off seeing if I could go for a house, and frankly I'm glad I ultimately went for a condo instead. I cannot undervalue how important it was to know Que was watching out for me best she could, especially since I was doing this on my own for the most part. The Bay Area real estate market is particularly competitive and with fairly risky, non-contingent offers with very high bids flying around, you absolutely *must* be able to depend on your agent's energy, bias for action, and negotiation ability. Que has all of these things in spades, and has a surprising number of personal relationships across the peninsula that ended up helpful even when offers didn't necessarily work out. Ultimately I was able to win an offer on a beautiful condo in Redwood City with her help, in a situation where I feel her negotiation ability was what made all the difference in the end. I cannot recommend her enough as someone who will fight for your interests while providing a bit of humor along the way :)

Que has the knowledge. The experience. The energy. The heart and the patience to make an incredibly phenomenal real estate agent. From helping us find our perfect first home, to then staging preparing and selling it six years later in under a month for over asking price. She really does it all. Que was extremely easy to work with during the home-buying process. Even though she has a full roster, she made us feel like we were her only clients -- responding immediately to email, keeping us updated on new listings and spending long hours with us to walk us through paperwork or teach us about the local market. Que helped us buying our very first home in Redwood Shores in December 2012. Both my wife and I had great experience working with her. (also our small kids) As we moved from another country to the ares early last year, we had little clue about where we should be buying a house. She spent lots of time with us understanding our needs. In the Peninsula you need experience and knowledge period, home prices change drastically with in 1 mile radius and also everything from schools, and crime rate can change. You need a person that can help navigate you through all this and Que can. Que saved us from a bad experience of selling our property in conjunction with an exchange. We had to meet a tight deadline and had spent months with another listing agent who could not produce results. We hired Que after the transaction had fallen through. She jumped in, marketed the property, received multiple offers, negotiated better price and terms, got us back in contract, and closed escrow within 26 days. Our 1031 exchange required tight coordination of the two transactions and a cast of a thousand people involved. She handled critical issues and managed the timeliness of each aspect of the transactions while keeping us connected and informed every step of the way. Her perseverance in solving problems and knowledge of the selling and buying process were her most important attributes. Until we worked with Que, we did not realize the extent of the work, time, effort and commitment from a real estate professional in order to close a deal.
