Que is a fantastic realtor. I had a house that needed a lot of work to prepare for sale and Que took care of everything. From the time I contacted her to the time I accepted bids was a month. She gets things done. Que is communicative, open and ethical. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
Que goes above and beyond. She has helped me and my family with several real estate transactions including both buying and selling. She gives detailed advice on how to best prep your home for sale in order to get your maximum profit. After helping us purchase our most recent house, Que has connected us with contractors and given design insight for some renovation projects. Que is the person you want in your corner for all of your real estate transaction needs. Not only does she handle the actual listing and showing of the house, marketing, etc but she goes above and beyond that with her extensive contractor connections, renovation advice and timely communication. We used Que when buying our home originally in East Palo Alto in 2012, and then reached out to sell it early this year. From the initial phone call to tell her we wanted to list, to the first open house was a month. 16 offers and 6 DOM were definitely related to the use of Que’s services. We did some cosmetic fixings, with her advice, and boy did it pay off. Her connections with staging, title companies, everything went off without a hitch. Que worked night and day to get our closing finished (at no delay due to her, only our buyer) and helped alleviate that stress off of us. Que is lovely to work with and always puts a smile on our faces.
Que came highly recommended by my son and daughter-in-law who have known and worked with Que over the years. Que is very professional and at the same time amiable. She helped us a lot from day one until the final closing escrow and turning over of the house keys. She also introduced to us the lender who was also very knowledgeable and helpful in making this whole transaction a success. All the times, Que kept us informed the stage of the development. She also followed up and pushed all the parties concerned during the process. She was on top of it. It is Que’s phenomenal expertise in the real estate world because of which, we got our first offer accepted! We now have a beautiful home in San Mateo, bought within our budget. In the process, Que exhibited professionalism in so many ways: - We once got excited about some house on market. It had a beautiful backyard. However, there were so many downsides to it — immense traffic, small kitchen, weird layout, etc. Que had our best interests in mind and asked us not to settle for something just ok. - After we made the offer to our home, we had a family emergency and had to fly to India. Que went over and beyond to help us to ensure a smooth loan approval and transition. She many times worked on our behalf to help us stay on track in the loan approval process. - We should mention that Que has great connections. She learned about many off market properties. This can be the most useful trait of a realtor in a seller’s market. We will soon be taking her help in identifying right renovations for the home and the right contractors. She is super resourceful.
