Unprofessional and rude. He treats potential customers as garbage. We had an appointment and when we got there we called him because he was not there. He told us that the house is not on the market anymore. He made us leave work and drive 30 miles for nothing. He never called to tell us that the house is not on the market anymore. When I asked him some explanation, he was rude and he hang up on me
