Peter was our agent when we sold our house in Elk Grove last year. He gave us excellent advice about staging the house, and was respectful of our time when scheduling clients and open houses. He used his expertise to set a fair sales price for our house and it sold in a very short time for more than the asking price. He, or his staff, were available by phone or email at any time if we had any questions. It was a tricky process as we needed to close on the sale of our house to be able to then close on the house we were moving to. Since we were moving 450 miles away, he found an agent for us in our prospective area so we could maximize our trips for house-hunting. Selling and buying a house can be very stressful.
