My husband and I were first time homebuyers when we came to Peter. We really didn’t know much about the process but Peter was always there to explain all of the steps to us. Peter gave us the perfect amount of consulting. He never made us feel pressured but also never made us feel like we were at the bottom of his list! Peter was always cautious and polite and we were often surprised how reachable he was early in the morning, late at night or on the weekends. Working with Peter was incredibly easy as far as paperwork because almost everything was online which made things speedy for us. As first time home buyers, my Fiancé and I had a very good experience with Peter and his whole team. I was personally impressed by his knowledge of the process. Throughout the entire process, Peter remained calm and never once seemed "pushy". Peter is simply the best. We contacted Peter when purchasing our first home. We were not the typical buyers. My wife and I were moving from the Bay Area to Sacramento. Peter shot videos of available properties during the week and then showed us the properties on the weekends. This meant we didn't have to travel to Sacramento during the week. The home buying process was somewhat of an adventure but Peter guided us through it step by step. He was available on weekends and evenings and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions or taking up too much of his time. We couldn't recommend Peter more highly.
