I don’t think he ever sleeps, because he would always respond to emails and phone calls no matter what time of the day it was. Worked with us early in the morning and up to midnight in some situations. Answered any questions in a timely manner and listened to all our concerns. He was able to negotiate a price we were willing to buy at and was able to get nearly all the repair work we requested. He even forfeited a portion of his commission to keep the deal going. I first contacted Peter when I was just thinking about selling my home, and he was kind enough to spend many minutes on the phone explaining the process to me, offering to stop by and see my place at my convenience.
