So here's one for the books!!!! My wife, and I had a few unique set of circumstances in which Peter and his team had to overcome on our behalf! Situation #1: My wife and I had done a short sale on our home, and were told by a nameless bank that we could not purchase another home for four years... However, Peter and his team got us into what we consider the ultimate home in less then 3 years!!!! (And, no we are not Veterans.) Our new home is double the size of our old home, with a back yard literally 7 times larger!!! Situation #2: All my life I have spelled my name a certain way, however on my birth certificate it's spelled another way. Every other piece of legal document I have is spelled as I have always spelled it, and not as it is on my birth certificate. Due to this fact, we almost did not get the loan for our home. Even though this issue was never a problem in the purchase of our first home. Peter and his team worked every angle to get my wife and I Into our new home. I am happy to say I still spell my name as I want it spelled!!! Peter and his team were there at a moments notice if there was a property I wanted shown to me, and always was a strait shooter on what he/they thought of the property based on our wants, and needs. He also had great referrals for me for anything that might need repairing, etc. in the house. I completely trust him and there was never any pressure to make any decision. We found Peter through Zillow. Peter was quick to respond to our request to see a home listed on Zillow.Unlike many agents,Peter was quick to point out flaws with the home we previewed which was very refreshing based on previous experiences we have had. Peter took the time to understand what we were looking for and prepared a very good list of homes to preview. Peter continued to point out items of concern that we may had otherwise overlooked.Once we found a home we truly loved Peter was up past midnight working with us to get the offer over to the other agent and quick to follow up the next morning. Peter represented our interest very well during the negotiations and helped us get ratified with a deal we were happy with. Peter made all the inspections painless and took care of all the scheduling and follow up which made it less stressful. Peter was a true professional and lived up to my expectations of what an agent should be. Many times I've had agents do little other than putting the contract together and never hear from them again once I get into escrow. This is not the case with Peter. Peter stayed engaged through the process, with the mortgage company,the sellers agent and was able to help us close escrow a few days early. In my opinion Peter has set the bar by which other agents should be measured.

Absolute professional and the best experience with a realtor ever. Rt from day 1, peter and his team were upfront, looking out for our interests. with peters help we were able to get one of the last properties in folsom at a steal price 3600 + sqft for <500K which was a pretty impressive deal. When the bank reneged on the price , peter was able to fight back the rise and get us the home at the original asking price. That is what i call customer service!. he was also very considerate since we would usually be a little late due to small kids ( unexpected things). no two thoughts that i would go to peter again if i was in market to buy another home.!! hands down the best !! thanks so much peter and alex for making this possible!!!!! Peter is incredible. He is up front and honest, plus always had my best interests at heart. We were very picky in the buying process and took some time looking. We were also incredibly picky on the terms of the deal and Peter worked everything out masterfully. Peter was always available and always looking to find us our dream house. I will say we were probably one of the more challenging customers due to our Type A personalities, but that did not sway Peter. In fact, it help us grow closer to him and develop a mutually respectful friendship. When we first met with Peter (7:30pm due to my schedule), he asked us what we were looking for and based on that, what his game plan was. I thought he was being a bit ambitious but he was right on the money and sold our home quickly with a beautiful strategy. <br/><br/>In a world of greed, Peter was a breathe of fresh air. Other agents we have used, we could tell were just out to make a quick buck and tried pushing everything on us. Not Peter. He would not rest until we found exactly what we wanted. I have recommended him to several of my friends and even just yesterday tried to get a friend to change realtors to Peter after listening to some of the complaints my friend had. Peter helped my husband and I buy our first house. He set us up with a search based on our criteria and even suggested additional criteria we should probably consider, like central heat and air conditioning (you'd think all houses would come with that these days!). Peter took us to two open houses and we ended up buying the very first one we looked at! He was knowledgeable with the market and neighborhoods we were interested in, and hooked us up with some extremely knowledgeable financing people who were able to answer all of our questions about down payments, rates, and mortgage insurance. Everyone we dealt with in Peter's team was professional, helpful, and quick to respond. Peter even had a locksmith come to our new house on the day the sale was final to replace all the locks. Such a convenience! Peter has also been able to recommend other people to us to help transition into our new place, from an arborist to a handyman to a landscaper. If we ever have to buy or sell a house again, we will definitely be working with Peter.
