Especially important to us was that Peter never gave us the impression that we were taking too long or being too picky in choosing a home. His practiced eye identified a home’s subtle flaws and strengths that we might have missed and gently brought them to our notice. He helped us identify the difference between a home’s changeable features (decor and paint colors) and its unchangeable ones (location, neighborhood, and architectural layout). He gave us space to reach our own conclusions but was always ready with a helpful opinion based on his knowledge and experience. Several times he arranged visits to homes that he was probably certain that we wouldn’t like, knowing that we could learn much about what was actually important to us from touring the wrong house. His recommendations on general neighborhoods that would meet our desires were especially helpful. Extremely happy with Peter and his entire team. He just sold my first home, which I had been renting out for some time. What a process. He was there the entire time.
