My whole experience with Pete was excellent.
From the time I met Pete, he and his team addressed my needs and we together came to a resolution on the path to sell my home. Pete followed up on every item and in 3 days on the market I had multiple offers accepting one that was 10K above asking price, and closed in less than a month. When I moved out of state, Pete took care of the final preparation on my home. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate Pete's professionalism during the process. Thank you Pete !!!
