Pehr went out of his way to be of great assistance to me since I was out of town soon after my house went on the market. He went above and beyond to make sure the house was always accessible to other agents and that it was always ready for show. He was an excellent real estate agent to work with, he has a very easy-going personality, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Pehr was very ambitious upfront about how great he was. He said our house was worth $480 we listed at $460. A month in he called said we needed to lower the price. We did not. Got an offer for $430 he said was a great offer and right in line with comps. 3 months ago comps were $480???? We said No we wanted at least $450 at which he replied “he would talk to the agent but didn’t think the counter offer was worth the paperwork”. They accepted the offer. I live 4 hours away and own businesses so contacted him trying to get commitments and schedules so I could arrange a time to move out before closing. All he had to say was “no news is good news”. I finally reached out myself to the Totle company and other agent and they were great providing me all the information I needed. The sale did close. I am just sick to my stomach for falling for his trap and paying him over $11000 for not showing our house at all. In fact he had the nerve to tell me to “clean” my house. Had he spent any significant time in the property he would have known the house was in new condition and spotless from top to bottom. I hired Pehr thinking he was working for me. I did not get that vibe even once through the whole process. I am not satisfied and do not recommend his services. Note: This is not my first rodeo as I have bought and sold several homes prior and his services far exceed the worst.

I had my mobile home listed with another agent for about 6 months with no results. Switched to Pehr Black after seeing that he had sold a unit just down the street from mine. From the moment of switching Pehr was on top of it and regular in his communication to let me know what was happening and not happening. We got an offer not far into the listing. It fell through but he found another offer. That one fell through as well , but he stayed with it and the original offerer came back with a resolution to the issue and after a bit of a wait, we were able to close. Pehr is the best to keep you in the loop and promote the sale. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell.

I had just listed with Pehr again after he had sold another home for me in three days when I fell from a height of 16' and broke my heels and three vertebrae and was in the hospital a d during that time he found a buyer and I was unable to do my part in the sale, Pehr took care of every last detail,even took care of things an agent would not normally do as I was in a bed or a wheelchair, he arranged to have the closing come to me, can't say enough about his dedication and professionalism, he said he could get it sold and he did and it was a difficult property to move that had some issues, I would never try and buy or sell any real estate without him again
