This was my first home purchase and I was recommended Paul by a fellow co-worker during my house hunt. Thankfully I did, because my purchase process could have been pretty miserable and slow. <br/><br/>I stumbled upon a cute house in Luzerne that would have been perfect for my girlfriend and I and decided after a walkthrough, I was ready to bid. He gave his professional and honest opinion on the amount I should bid for, and I went with it because it was a fair and honest price. Bid was accepted within a few days.<br/><br/>During the whole purchase process, Paul was there answering any questions I needed, and guiding me along as I needed. The part that would have been slow and painful was the negotiation process... After inspections, there would a few hiccups that I needed to be taken care of by the seller to be fully confident in buying my home. Paul handled my side of the negotiations wonderfully. He fought for what I needed fixed on the house and we amazingly got most of what I asked.<br/><br/>I could honestly say that If I knew anyone that was looking for a house in the Wilkes-Barre Area, I would recommend Paul Pukatch as a good Realtor to help them find their perfect home.
