Mrs. Sworen's extensive experience and knowledge of this area in Pennsylvania helped us not only in making the first offer on the subject Townhouse but her help with all the Inspection Issues as well as final negotiaion with the Seller were truly what made the difference in our being able to  buy our new home. Our favorite Real Estate Agent never gave up and worked many tireless late hours to help us achieve our goal together. My wife Marshs and I thank her from the bottom of our hearts.

We had lots of questions and were not sure what to expect.She was free and available to us at all times without hesitation.
