Paul has been my realtor for several transactions - both purchasing a home and selling my home of 20 years in Lafayette. We have known Paul since the early 2000s when he represented an owner who leased a condo to us. Our experience was so good we asked him to represent us as we bought a home years later. After relocating for work, Paul made excellent recommendations on property management and other matters as we rented out our home. Finally, Paul managed the sale of the same home in 2017. In the over 15 years of working with Paul on a variety of circumstances, his professionalism, ethics, knowledge and attention to detail has remained top notch. He genuinely listens to our point of view, provides professional guidance and ultimately executes what is decided upon without pressure or a hard sell. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and fun to work with. Buying a home can be quite a difficult process but Paul made it happen for us and we found we enjoyed ourselves quite a bit along the way. He seems to know every nook and cranny of the bay area. He managed to subtly steer us away from areas we shouldn't have been looking in and towards areas that were a much better fit. We are now the proud owners of a place that is perfect for us.
