Paul is part of an Excellent Team that have a very professional plan and help step the Sellers through each part of the process. Paul is wonderful with Communication, follow up and very patient. Paul and Wendy were great with suggestions on staging the house for sale. The "Coming Soon" 10 days before the house was actually on the market, was like a trailer for a movie to get a lot of interest in the house. We had 4 appointment on the first day of Coming Soon, before the pictures were on-line. We got a contract on the second day after the house was on the market and it was for the exact price we wanted. Paul helped us with a smooth settlement and accommodated all our requests. Paul was Incredible and I would recommend him and his team to ALL my family and friends 1000%.
