Paul recently sold an older townhome for my son and I. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. He made recommendations on what to focus on to make the home more appealing and with his help the home was listed within a few weeks of our first meeting and we had almost 100 viewings and numerous offers (most above list price), within a couple days. He reviewed each offer with us identifying strengths of each, and together we chose the offer we wanted to accept. He then worked with buyer’s agent and got all the paperwork moving, most of which he did over weekend. We settled a month later with no issues on our side. A few last minute hiccups arose on buyer’s side but Paul managed to work with the multiple parties involved in order to maintain closing date. We ended up selling the home $30k over asking price and significantly over recent sells of similar homes in the area.
