Paul was great. We live in Florida and he helped us sell our rental property in Maryland. He helped us get a local painter and took care of all of it. Went out of his way to ensure the sales process went smooth. I did not want to put any money into the the house, but he talked me into spending 7500 painting and other small things, but he added 25k onto what we wanted to sell it for and got it. He literally made me another 17.5k. I would recommend Paul to anyone!!!!
