Paul was always very professional and helpful at all times. This was a very challenging sale but Paul got us to the finish line. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone who is thinking of selling their home.

We were introduced to the Lee Tessier Team, and therefore Paul Johnsen through a concerned friend. He noticed that we were incredibly stressed and a bit panic-stricken as we had taken quite a gamble by buying a house before selling our current home. Paul came to our home for the first time and spent 3 hours going through our home, listening to our concerns, showing us comps from the area, and discussing what we needed to be done in order to get the house ready to sell. He explained clearly why he would price it as he would. Within 15 minutes of his leaving our house, he had a contractor for our basement call us. (We had been struggling up to that point to find someone.) He also had a list of other contractors with whom we would eventually work. All of them were reasonable and did excellent work. It was a process, and it certainly didn't happen overnight, but Paul continually called and checked in with us, came over to see the work and encouraged us every step of the way. Long story short, we sold our house in one day receiving more than we anticipated allowing us to successfully relocate.
