We chose Jessica because she was the realtor representing the sellers when we bought our house and we were impressed with how well she managed their side of the transaction. After we vacated the house a week or so prior to closing, she checked on the house to ensure everything was secure and ready to go for the final walk through, and even forwarded some mail to us that the Post Office had missed.
