With perfect efficiency, he is able to negotiate with sellers, lenders, and contractors to get us to closing. Within the space of the inspection period, in addition to the inspector, Michael was able to connect with a reputable roofer and HVAC expert to address specific concerns we had about the property. The home itself was gorgeous and off our radar. Spur of the moment, Michael was able to find it and get us in for a tour. We fell in love with the home immediately.
