Paul is THE best. Top on my list about him is his honesty. He is extremely thorough when assessing a deal. He does his research. If he believes that the deal is not fair, he will tell you so. He rather have a good long term client than a quick commission. He is polite, attentive to details, knowledgeable of the area (if you ask him something that he is not 100% certain, he'll investigate or refer you to someone who does), straightforward... Absolutely the best person to have on your side when purchasing a home. And the best adviser for selling or renting. His real state team is amazing. They do not cut corners. We have been working with him for several years now and he has been involved in our dealings of 4 properties (buying/selling/managing).
