He did an excellent job with walking me through the process, working with my odd schedule (Night shift), and keeping me updated on everything. Currently working with Paul on a home purchase. We are not an easy situation and have a sliding scale of what our price point is. If its perfect it's one price, if it needs work, then we have another price. The guy has patience. We put an offer on a house and he did everything he could to make it happen. However, the listing agent was terrible and basically left us hanging out to dry without any word back. Paul isn't giving up and will move on to find us the perfect home.
