I don't like writing reviews and normally just skip this process but I feel compelled to let others know that Paul is a great agent. Throughout the entire process he has been nothing but professional and prompt with our home searching needs and answering our many questions. We felt like we had someone on our side looking out for us. Not only did he help in the beginning of the home searching process but when we decided to build a new home he was incredible knowledgeable with the new home construction as well. He would help ask questions that we didn't know about, take notes for us and even send us calendar reminders for future important dates. 5 stars 100%! Paul is knowledgeable about his field and doesn't try to take advantage of you. As a first time homebuyer, I met with MANY different agents and ultimately chose Paul not only because of his awesome track record, but also because of his demeanor. He helped with every aspect of buying the house, and gave his honest opinions when I asked for them. He even broke out a shopvac when the seller left debris at the house at the final walk through to make sure the settlement could go on as scheduled. Because of his negotiation skills my fiance and I are in our first house, which appraised for much more than our offer and got many extras thrown in (not even including all of the bonuses his company offers! Hello free moving supplies👍)! I love my house and I couldn't have done it without Paul!
