About Paul

Welcome to The Beach!! I am originally from a blue collar neighborhood in Pittsburgh and after a few years on the West Coast in San Jose I found myself visiting a BIG little beach town in SC and I LOVED it ! A little planning a lucky house find and I threw away my snow shovel and ice scraper and have been in Myrtle Beach since 2005. Bike Weeks outdoor concerts beach days jet skis lazy boat rides at sunset and morning rides to the Jetties wake boarding on the ICW a lot of golf balls lost a Ton of Friends found during Sunday Funday Concerts Watching my Daughter walk after 4 years at CCU and oh yeah working a little here and there as well has made this little town my Home. I can't think of anywhere else I would rather live than on The Grand Strand. I would Love to show you all that the Myrtle Beach area has to offer not just the well-known Amazing tourist attractions but little local spots as well. I have a few decades experience with my own rental properties and home purchases and sales and now am focused on helping people find 'Not just a Home but also a Lifestyle'.
