"I cannot say enough good things about Patti. Working with her to sell our first home was one of the best decisions of my life. She had to coordinate SO many things: we had moved out of state and had a renter occupying the property who wanted to vacate before the lease was up. It was a sensitive situation but Patti handled it beautifully and made sure all was taken care of with the tenant. Then we had some issues come up in inspection which we thought we had resolved, but again Patti was right there with solutions, contacts, and estimates, and she managed the situation flawlessly. Then when the house was cleared out, because we are out of state we couldn’t get in to inspect it before closing. AGAIN Patti was there and she went the extra step to re-clean and polish up some finishing touches. I literally slept easy at night during the entire, would-be-stressful process because I knew we were in such amazingly capable hands.
