When looking at a fast-selling house, Patti was able to get an offer written up very quickly and walked us through each page to explain all of the details. Patti made sure we were making sound offers, not offering too much while ensuring our offers were competitive. Patti is always available, which was very helpful while buying out of state with a different time zone. Patti also toured the house, and video called us since we could not be there in person. Patti's years of experience are evident, knowing what to look for inside the house, how to deal with lenders, title, and closing companies.
