Patti Gilman

Patti has been helping my extended family for years with buying and selling homes. I got to see from first hand experience how excellent she is from buying and selling our home. She is very experienced and came to our first meeting prepared with comps from the last year of homes sold in our neighborhood. She walked through our home and gave us her honest opinion of what it would sell for and was pretty close to being spot on. She is very easy to get ahold of and communicate with. She made us feel very comfortable throughout the process and helped to keep my nerves and stress to a minimum. The whole process was seamless thanks to her. She is not only great at her job, she is a kind and thoughtful person. I highly recommend Patti without reservation.

This is the third home Patti has listed or negotiated for our family this year. Every deal has exceeded our expectations. She is always available, has the best attitude, communicates perfectly between both sides, is extremely knowledgeable and has a list of contacts of people to help solve any problems that may arise. There is a reason she is a top producer and we are glad to have her.

I had a great experience working with Patti. She made the whole process of selling our home of 36 years smooth and stress free. Patti kept me informed, answered all of my questions and concerns. She works hard and genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend Patti, her real estate experience and excellent market knowledge make her the TOP realtor in our area!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Patti. My husband and I are expecting a child in a few months and decided last minute that we needed a bigger home. Patti was on top of it. She was ready to show us properties at the drop of a hat. She is quick to respond and great at communicating. When looking at homes, she gave honest opinions. She has many years of experience and has many connections within the field which was crucial when we placed an offer on our dream home, which was accepted. When selling our home, she met with us that first week and spent at least an hour with us. She had pulled >10 comps in the area and explained what price she thought we could list our home for. This put us at ease as we started looking for new homes. This is the second home I’ve purchased so I have little knowledge in the real estate field. I relied on Patti’s experience a lot when making decisions and negotiating offers. I can say without reservation that you can trust her to help find your dream home and/or sell your current home. She is kind, personable, a great listener, and truly wants what is best for her clients. She made a typically very stressful time, super easy.

Patti understands the market and helped me with each part of the listing process. She gave insight on how to prepare the home for staging and listing. She was present during the entire listing, pending and sale process.

Patti is very outgoing and easy to work with. Patti takes care of all your requests very quickly. She is patient and very intelligent with everything she does. Thank You Patti. She is kind and takes the time to explain everything you need. Once again she is very patient. This is so important when you are making such big decisions. I would recommend her to anyone that needs an agent.
