I cannot say enough wonderful things about Patti. My husband and I are expecting a child in a few months and decided last minute that we needed a bigger home. Patti was on top of it. She was ready to show us properties at the drop of a hat. She is quick to respond and great at communicating. When looking at homes, she gave honest opinions. She has many years of experience and has many connections within the field which was crucial when we placed an offer on our dream home, which was accepted. When selling our home, she met with us that first week and spent at least an hour with us. She had pulled >10 comps in the area and explained what price she thought we could list our home for. This put us at ease as we started looking for new homes. This is the second home I’ve purchased so I have little knowledge in the real estate field. I relied on Patti’s experience a lot when making decisions and negotiating offers. I can say without reservation that you can trust her to help find your dream home and/or sell your current home. She is kind, personable, a great listener, and truly wants what is best for her clients. She made a typically very stressful time, super easy.
