I had a great experience working with Patti. She made the whole process of selling our home of 36 years smooth and stress free. Patti kept me informed, answered all of my questions and concerns. She works hard and genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend Patti, her real estate experience and excellent market knowledge make her the TOP realtor in our area!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Patti. My husband and I are expecting a child in a few months and decided last minute that we needed a bigger home. Patti was on top of it. She was ready to show us properties at the drop of a hat. She is quick to respond and great at communicating. When looking at homes, she gave honest opinions. She has many years of experience and has many connections within the field which was crucial when we placed an offer on our dream home, which was accepted. When selling our home, she met with us that first week and spent at least an hour with us. She had pulled >10 comps in the area and explained what price she thought we could list our home for. This put us at ease as we started looking for new homes. This is the second home I’ve purchased so I have little knowledge in the real estate field. I relied on Patti’s experience a lot when making decisions and negotiating offers. I can say without reservation that you can trust her to help find your dream home and/or sell your current home. She is kind, personable, a great listener, and truly wants what is best for her clients. She made a typically very stressful time, super easy.
Patti understands the market and helped me with each part of the listing process. She gave insight on how to prepare the home for staging and listing. She was present during the entire listing, pending and sale process.
Patti is very outgoing and easy to work with. Patti takes care of all your requests very quickly. She is patient and very intelligent with everything she does. Thank You Patti. She is kind and takes the time to explain everything you need. Once again she is very patient. This is so important when you are making such big decisions. I would recommend her to anyone that needs an agent.
Working with Patti was an incredible experience from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make the home-buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We always felt like she had our best interests at heart and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy real estate agent.
I have had the pleasure of working with Patti Gilman for many years now, and just closed on 3 real estate properties this year with her at the helm. Patti is incredibly knowledgeable and hard working, responding immediately and honestly to all my questions, and concerns. I have always felt confident that Patti has my best interest at heart and works tirelessly to provide an enjoyable and seamless transaction when selling or buying real estate using her services. Her "Marketing Updates" provided me with current emailed information about how my property was being seen and what social media activity had occurred, daily. Patti's biggest flex is her ability to really listen and hear what her clients want & need. She truly cares and wants her clients to have a great experience with the sale and the process and she'll go to bat to have that happen...every time! I cannot recommend Patti Gilman enough.
Patti is very professional, she always answers my question promptly. Helped very much with the negotiations. Thank You Karen Hrit
Patti is a great communicator. She made sure we were always in the loop and informed about what was happening with our listing and ultimately our sale. She was always prompt in answering texts or calls, when questions arose or details needed to be confirmed. Patti really knows the Clarkston market. She evaluated our property and recommended a selling price that we were pleased with and also resulted in a quick sale. Even though we sold and moved through closing very quickly, it was obvious that Patti was willing to work hard for us!
We had an outstanding experience working with Patti. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, responsive, and guided us through every step of the selling process with confidence. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
Patti was an amazing agent during our process in finding a forever home for our growing family! She was timely with responding to all outreaches, kept our best interests in mind, and persevered during such a difficult time in the market. She was always willing to work around our schedule and demonstrated great knowledge of the market. We are so grateful for Patti and all of her hard work!
Patti is very knowledgeable and helped every step of the way. Was very happy to have Patti as my agent.
Our home purchase went smooth from start to finish in what seemed like record time. Communication and timing was crucial in our purchase, Patti knew the market well and we feel we struck a great deal on our dream lakefront property.
