Patti stands out as a realtor who brings more to the table than just her expertise in real estate; she brings a sense of care and reassurance that we have found to be rare in the industry, based on our previous experiences. Her ability to navigate the complexities of selling a home, even one with its unique challenges, resulted in a swift sale with multiple offers. Moreover, her dedication didn’t stop at the sale; she was instrumental in finding the perfect new home for us, ensuring that the entire transaction process was seamless. Patti’s exceptional service, marked by her personal touch and professional acumen, make her an outstanding choice for anyone in need of a realtor. She has our heartfelt gratitude and a strong endorsement as a testament to her outstanding performance and commitment to going above and beyond.

Very professional and accessible. For anyone in the market to buy or sell a home, Patti is #1 on the list.

My favorite real estate agent. Always helpful.

From buying a house with Patti to selling it, she was the best thing we could have done. Patti made every part of the home buying/selling experience so easy! We have and will continue to send everyone we know to her!

Patti is absolutely amazing to work with! Her expertise in our area was instrumental in selling our home quickly. We listed one day and sold the next. She gave great advice before we listed and I believe this helped us to go above our list price. She is very friendly and always positive. Selling your home of 25 years is a stressful and emotional thing. She was always there to encourage and support us in our preparations to sell, answered our questions promptly and she was also with us throughout the process of closing. We are very grateful for her support and the joy she brings to things. Patti is an absolute pleasure to work with. If we ever need a real estate agent again, Patti will be our choice. Very highly recommend!

Where do we begin?? Patti was recommended to us by another owner in our condo complex when they heard we were wanting to sell. From the first phone call, Patti was warm, friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable about our selling area and where we were looking to buy. She and her team communicated with us VERY thoroughly - even when she was on a trip to Africa for several weeks. The time change was difficult but handled with grace. Our condo was listed for about a week before we had multiple offers in and accepted one. Then we had to buy a house! We saw about 10 homes and had put in offers on 3 before one stuck. Patti put our offer in on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, stayed in touch with the seller’s realtor throughout the holiday weekend so she could tell us either way, and by Tuesday the purchase agreement was signed! Patti is professional, personable, persistent, and passionate when it comes to helping her clients buy or sell their homes. We intend to recommend her to anyone and everyone we can in the future!

Patti had the house sold on day 1. What more can I say? She's knowledgeable, responsive, answered all of my questions, staged it beautifully, and was a pleasure to work with.

Patti is extremely knowledgeable in real estate and will be there every step of the way. I’m so grateful for her and her willingness to take the time for me.

My wife and I began looking for homes right when the craziness of the market was starting. She was so patient and informative in the process as we were first time home buyers. She never showed frustration with us as the process for us was almost 2 years long. She was encouraging through the lost houses and helped us eventually find the home that was meant for us. We truly appreciate everything she has done for us and will use her for everything we do going forward. I can't recommend her enough.

We worked with Patti when we bought and then again, when we ending up selling the house. There was a reason we wanted to work with her again! As first time home buyers and then sellers, she made things extremely easy. She's extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we would work with her again in a heartbeat! Would recommended to friends or family or anyone in the area, looking for a relator!

Patti’s knowledge, positivity, and transparency during our buying and selling processes made everything seem like a breeze. We felt like she was on our side through each step. Thank you, Patti!
