I am very ask a lot of questions and want to know every aspect of what is going on and Patrick was always available to answer any question no matter how big or small, he also explained everything step by step as we went through it. In addition you are not just working with him, you have all the resources working together. Patrick's team is knowledgeable and helpful once you get to the closing process. They have every resource available to ensure all parties are constantly updated and every deadline is met.

We sold are home late last year and Patrick was incredible to work with. He was thorough and timely in everything he did from start to finish. He would be quick to reply via email, text or phone. The pictures and videos his firm tools of the house were incredible and really made us proud of our home, and received a lot of traffic. Right down to the signing table and even after we sold the house Patrick was incredible and even helped us with multiple things while we were out of town post sale. We were very happy with Patrick and highly recommend him wherever it selling or looking for a new home.
