About Pat

Pat Williams has been a top ten agent with ERA American Real Estate throughout her 30-plus years of real estate, and she has been in the Top 20 of ERA® Franchise Systems nationwide. Pat has sold over 1800 homes, which is remarkable. But, more so, her customers continue to come back to list and purchase homes with her time and again - a testimony to the care she gives her clients. While her husband Wayne was active duty with his career in the Coast Guard, Pat got her college degree while raising three children.
