Cheryl Abrams

Mrs. Abrams provided updates throughout the entire process. She stays in communication with me even when we run into difficulties. She creates and maintains a positive environment and experience. When I felt like giving up, she lifted me up. I thank God for putting her on my path. Her professionalism and knowledgeable helped to reach our goal.

She was understanding and very patient with my mom, who is 90 yrs old. She took time to explain every step of the process so she could understand. She was very knowledgeable of the market and negotiated and navigated through the many challenges that kept popping up during the process.

My husband and I just purchased our new home with the help of Cheryl Abrams Davis, and she completely blew us away. She was the BEST recommendation we’ve ever received... for any service... and now we know why. Cheryl's communication is unmatched and, from day one, her all-around industry knowledge was incredibly impressive! As a buyer, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed by paperwork, but Cheryl made it her mission to ensure I thoroughly understood every clause, email, and paper I signed. On top of her expertise, she is super thoughtful and remembered special personal milestones in our lives throughout the journey. We cannot recommend her highly enough! Thank you for everything, Cheryl!

Dear Cheryl, Working with you on the sale of our home was an absolute success. From our very first conversation, my husband and I knew we were in excellent hands. Throughout the entire process, your dedicated attention made us feel like your only clients. You were consistently available, addressing every inquiry and providing reassurance at every step. We are incredibly grateful for your exceptional support and guidance. We look forward to partnering with you again soon on our upcoming home purchase. Warmest regards, Charlene Davis

I have purchased 3 homes within the span of 2 years with Cheryl and there is no one better. Her knowledge not only of the market and from a real estate perspective but also from a lending and financial perspective is what makes her standout from the rest. She is always readily available and makes sure that everything and I mean EVERYTHING is in accordance to the code and in your best interest. She is and will remain the only agent that I use to secure my properties and she has worked with my family as well for years. She is without a doubt 100% the best out there and I cannot express my gratitude enough.
