Without a doubt, Nisey is superb. Despite rising interest rates, a hurricane, water damage, and facilitating a closure when we were out of the country for 8 months, she exceeded the challenges! I would recommend her without reservation.

Nisey did an incredible job guiding us through the buying process. From the point we stopped in to see her at the Bay Isles offices she performed exceptionally well including follow up and listing updates, even when she was on vacation in Europe. I've had friends be my real estate agent before, and worse, friends of friends, who were all very nice and personable but not that good at their job. So this time, I tried a different approach. It worked out so well! Nisey took the time to really understand what I wanted before flooding me with unsuitable listings and showings. Her insight and communication skills were superb. As we looked at homes, she would give an objective assessment of each property, its pros and cons, rather than trying to put each home into its best light so I would want to buy it. I really appreciated her openness and honesty and felt that she put my interests first. We looked at a number of nice alternatives, and found a beautiful place that was actually better than I had hoped for! It had many features I wouldn't have expected for the asking price. On top of that, Nisey negotiated a nice reduction in the sales price as well as more favorable terms so that I am very pleased with the deal. In the closing meeting, some problems came up which could have delayed me taking ownership for a day or more. I had already scheduled my movers for that afternoon, and could not reschedule them to another day on short notice. I also had to vacate my previous house. Luckily for me, Nisey's problem solving skills went to work, the people who could immediately resolve the issues were contacted during our meeting, and the closing was completed on time! This whole experience reinforced for me how important it is to get a really competent agent who will work tirelessly towards achieving my goals. I will definitely recommend Nisey to anyone who may be In the market for a home. She is a real pleasure to work with and I will call on her again.
