We were referred by a close family friend and Peary did not disappoint! She is a work horse! We have never sold a home before, but she walked my wife and I through every step of the way. She doesn't just list your home, she really goes above and beyond from really researching the area, blasting it on her social media platforms and running it through her personal network. We went from listed to sold in about a month +/-. When the buyers had some concerns, she instantly set up a meeting to go through their concerns and get everything straightened out. We truly looked to her for guidance and she delivered. Our only regret is that we had not used her sooner for our other properties, but she is our go to agent now!
