She doesn't just list your home, she really goes above and beyond from really researching the area, blasting it on her social media platforms and running it through her personal network. We went from listed to sold in about a month +/-. When the buyers had some concerns, she instantly set up a meeting to go through their concerns and get everything straightened out. We truly looked to her for guidance and she delivered. Our only regret is that we had not used her sooner for our other properties, but she is our go to agent now!

Peary goes the extra mile “like sweeping a home’s front porch before an open house”. First, Peary is a Marketing Pro. She knew how to appeal to all different demographics (to include married couples with older children and retired people), rather than limit her marketing to one demographic (like singles or young couples) as expected with a townhome. She really learned my area by exploring it for herself and researching local events. She went to local events and passed out flyers of my home. She catered local restaurants for the open houses. She bought rounds of shots at local restaurants that let her pass out flyers. I’m not on social media, but I heard she had a prize for whoever reposted my townhome the most. Second, she has amazing tastes and is well connected. She did such a beautiful job staging it, and created such a wonderful vision of life in the home, that I honestly thought about moving back into it. In the end, the buyers asked if they could buy some of the furniture. This goes back to Peary appealing to all demographics - male or female, young or old, married or single. Third, she moves fast. Very fast. Our home was sold and money wired into my account within 85 days of signing with her. This is more amazing considering our home sat on the market for months before she started and that it was a buyers’ market when we signed with her. Fourth, other agents like working with Peary. This is very important. In the days of Redfin and Zillow, finding a home is the easiest part. Making an offer is easy. The hardest part is seeing the house close after due diligence, the inspection, and renegotiations. A good agent gets you to the closing table, not simply under contract. Peary is pretty quiet. But she has eagle eyes and is a good listener. She processes what you say to cater to you. Some people, like my husband, wanted her to say more. But my husband also said “I don’t need Peary to talk. I just need her to sell my home”. And sell my home she did!

It has taken me a few days to write this review because I wanted to be able to articulate how spectacular our realtor Peary was to my husband and I. There are no words for the time, care, attention to detail and professionalism she showed us during our home buying process. If you need a realtor who cares and really fights for you as her client then Peary is your person. During our home buying process Peary negotiated things my husband and I didn’t think of and pretty much everything we asked for and MORE was agreed upon. She communicated with us every step of the way and walked us through the process with ease and grace. Peary was always responsive, willing to answer any questions or concerns and so very patient. I will ALWAYS choose Peary for my real estate needs and 10 out of 10 I DO RECOMMEND!

This was my first home purchase and I am so glad I worked with Peary. She was very responsive and thorough. She walked me through all the steps and was able to get a good deal for me with what I had to work with. During the early stages, Peary worked hard to find properties within my preferences and was great with scheduling the showings. She was attentive and it was so nice to have her extra set of eyes because she saw all the little stuff that my newbie eyes missed while touring the homes. We had a few visits to the property that I ultimately chose and she also spent extra time answering my questions and exploring the neighborhood. I never felt like I was being misled or stuck to figure out anything on my own. That went a long way with me. She was very swift in getting inspections scheduled during due diligence period. The closing process was very smooth and we were at the closing table in 28 days, although I had the option to do it earlier because of how hard everyone worked to get the deal done. I would highly recommend Peary to anyone I know who is ready to buy. She will move at your pace but if you are REALLY ready, she will help get the job done. She coordinated with attorneys so that all closing matters were handled remotely. All so very well done!! Peary went over and above everything I was hoping for!!
