It has taken me a few days to write this review because I wanted to be able to articulate how spectacular our realtor Peary was to my husband and I. There are no words for the time, care, attention to detail and professionalism she showed us during our home buying process. If you need a realtor who cares and really fights for you as her client then Peary is your person. During our home buying process Peary negotiated things my husband and I didn’t think of and pretty much everything we asked for and MORE was agreed upon. She communicated with us every step of the way and walked us through the process with ease and grace. Peary was always responsive, willing to answer any questions or concerns and so very patient. I will ALWAYS choose Peary for my real estate needs and 10 out of 10 I DO RECOMMEND!

This was my first home purchase and I am so glad I worked with Peary. She was very responsive and thorough. She walked me through all the steps and was able to get a good deal for me with what I had to work with. During the early stages, Peary worked hard to find properties within my preferences and was great with scheduling the showings. She was attentive and it was so nice to have her extra set of eyes because she saw all the little stuff that my newbie eyes missed while touring the homes. We had a few visits to the property that I ultimately chose and she also spent extra time answering my questions and exploring the neighborhood. I never felt like I was being misled or stuck to figure out anything on my own. That went a long way with me. She was very swift in getting inspections scheduled during due diligence period. Peary helped write a very competitive offer and she did not waste any time once I made up my mind about the home. She connected me with several mortgage brokers who were all competitive in getting my loan. Each one was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the process. That was a breath of fresh air. The closing process was very smooth and we were at the closing table in 28 days, although I had the option to do it earlier because of how hard everyone worked to get the deal done. I would highly recommend Peary to anyone I know who is ready to buy. She will move at your pace but if you are REALLY ready, she will help get the job done. I plan to use her on my next home purchase.

Peary listed, marketed, coordinated and oversaw interior painting, cleaning, repairs, replacement of kitchen ceiling light and some physical staging. Also organized virtual staging! She coordinated with attorneys so that all closing matters were handled remotely. All so very well done!! Peary went over and above everything I was hoping for!! I highly recommend her as listing or selling agent and would definitely reach out to her again if I were to be involved with property in the Atlanta area!! I have bought and sold many properties over the years in Georgia, North Carolina, and California, and Peary is by far the best and most professional of any I've ever dealt with! Couldn't have done it without her!!! I thank her Very Much!!!
