During the early stages, Peary worked hard to find properties within my preferences and was great with scheduling the showings. She was attentive and it was so nice to have her extra set of eyes because she saw all the little stuff that my newbie eyes missed while touring the homes. We had a few visits to the property that I ultimately chose and she also spent extra time answering my questions and exploring the neighborhood. I never felt like I was being misled or stuck to figure out anything on my own. That went a long way with me. She was very swift in getting inspections scheduled during due diligence period. Peary helped write a very competitive offer and she did not waste any time once I made up my mind about the home. She connected me with several mortgage brokers who were all competitive in getting my loan. Each one was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the process. That was a breath of fresh air. The closing process was very smooth and we were at the closing table in 28 days, although I had the option to do it earlier because of how hard everyone worked to get the deal done. I would highly recommend Peary to anyone I know who is ready to buy. She will move at your pace but if you are REALLY ready, she will help get the job done. I plan to use her on my next home purchase.
