Nirada (goes by Peary) was great. We reached out to her in July saying we might be moving to the area. We were trying to see if we didn't need to relocate with my new job. She was kind enough to show us a place anyway even though we might not have been clients. She also got to know our target home at the target price and regularly sent us relevant listings. Turns out in December I did in fact need to relocate. We spent a few days with Peary looking at places. We found one that we liked, and put in an offer over asking price but we didn't get it. While we were getting a little nervous Peary kept a great attitude and kept her availability there for us to make another trip to the area and see another nearly two dozen homes. This time we found a place that was actually great but wasn't getting as much attention because the owners originally over priced the property. Peary understood what the price would be and did a great job helping us negotiate a price that was within our budget. She also has great connections to lenders, insurance company's, and anyone else to make sure there are no speed bumps in getting the offer closed fast. I think we closed in about three weeks and the first week was that Christmas/New year week when most folks are on break. She was even there with us the day before closing to do a final walkthrough and she was there with us at closing to wrap up the sale. If I have friends or family looking to buy a place, I would comfortably recommend Peary to help them get to know the area and find a place that is great for them.

She was great at always being on top of things. She did all the research and was always prepared. One example would be viewing each property. She calculated the best route and cluster them together so I was able to view them efficiently.

Peary is an amazing agent to work with. She is organized, prompt, responsive, and all around GREAT! She sets a plan, tells you what to expect and gets you results. She went above and beyond to get the house ready for market and even has an eye to stage. She puts in sweat to help clean and stage the property to get ready for professional photography when she didn’t have to. She even took us to a home decor store and picked all the decor and made a complete transformation of the master bedroom and bathrooms. I almost didn’t want to sell anymore because I ended up loving what she did but unfortunately I needed to sell the house and start a new chapter. She got me top dollar even in the beginning of Covid happening where the market was uncertain. There was a house next door that sold for 100k less and it was more upgraded with a finished basement but Peary, provided other great comps to the appraiser. She showed up with her data and it appraised!
