This is the second home we have purchased through Nilmini. In both instances, her market knowledge and help walking us through the process was invaluable. Nilmini stays on top of the contract requirements which both ensures a smooth closing as well as helped us negotiate more into the contract. One of Nilmini's strongest attributes is her kindness and connection. She is a great support during a stressful and emotional process. She also went the extra mile for us often dealing with calls and writing offers in the evening and weekends to make sure we were as competitive as possible. Would absolutely recommend Nilmini!
