My sister had unexpectedly died and it was up to her three sisters to sell her house etc. Through a dear friend of mine Nicole was suggested! With the crazy house market as it was we actually got an offer the first day it was posted online! Also at this time I underwent a hip replacement so Nicole could not have been more compassionate and helpful! I really do not think we could have done it as well without her! Her knowledge of contractors helped us so much! She is so smart and she certainly knows her job inside and out ! I would highly recommend her!

We had decided to retire here in Findlay, where Scott grew up. Our son and daughter-in-law were helping us in the purchase.
