Nicole isn't afraid to tell you what you need to do to get your house on the market and sold quickly, She was instrumental with Char in helping us and preparing us for what we should expect, many late night calls with our many questions. Best experience by far working with these two ladies.

Nicole and her son Zack were both so kind to me on my house hunting journey. They are both very intelligent and great at their jobs. They worked with my crazy busy schedule to help me look at homes all across Findlay throughout the summer. And when I finally found my dream home, they were very supportive of my choice. Nicole was very thorough from the moment she set up the day for the pictures to be taken, we did a “Coming Soon” on the house and had 12 showings on the first day, and a buyer was in the mix!! The closing process was prompt and went smoothly!! Nicole has continued to be wonderful in corresponding with the buyers for the sellers in finishing up trash pickup, etc!! We sincerely appreciated having her as our agent!!
