I've used Nick as both buyer and seller and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Nick was great not only with making sure everything was taken care of every step of the way, but was also great at keeping a low pressure environment the entire time--I never felt stressed in Nick's hands. He is wonderful with a lot of tips and tricks I did not know as a single first time home buyer and seller and was great at getting my home show ready, even getting my lawn cut for me when I had already moved out of state. I remember him giving me great money saving tips on how to upkeep the home so I wasn't spending unnecessary funds and let me know about good brands to get for appliances and that the furnace was a high quality. Anyone would be very lucky to have Nick as a realtor!
