He was very responsive via phone and text throughout the process. I felt he truly had my best interest at heart, even helping me work through the many emotions of the house buying process. After the sale he graciously provided food for the “paint party” I hosted as we prepared to move in. Even now, he’s a continuous support in the remodeling process and has said repeatedly to call if I need anything. I even use him as a parenting technique, telling my daughter, “Patrick said there’s no bad attitudes are allowed in this house” and she respects it!! We’ve been extremely blessed to have Patrick playing such an important role in our family’s journey!
